Triceps, Biceps & Abs Bodyweight Workout | Intermideate Level

Do These 7 Bodyweight Exercises & Get Stronger:

Workout:
1A) Ring Dips 3 x 8
1B) Bicep Inverted Row 3x 8

Rest: 60 seconds

2) Push Up Taps x 40 (As many sets as it takes)

3) L-Sit & “Hip Ups?” 4 x 5-10 seconds
Rest 30 seconds

This was a short but intense workout, give it a try if you want a massive triceps pump & to try some new exercises.
