What’s going on guys? This is my third week back in the gym, and my goal is to get my strength back up, as well as drop the extra 5lbs of fat that I have put on, since my eight weeks without training. In this video, I am doing the bent over barbell row. I am still trying to figure out, which style I would like to use.
