We don’t always have time to dedicate an hour to working out. These workouts with Jean Carlos , will come in handy if you are short on time. You can Do this workout at a gym or perhaps outdoors at a park using a bench or high ledge for the box jumps. Follow me for the next 4 weeks as I release my workout series.
