UPPER BODY AND ABS WORKOUT -10 MOVES

Hi guys,

Here is an upper body and abs workout for you. Hope you all enjoy. Please chose weights depending on you own fitness level. I use lighter weights when I film for you guys than when I actually do my own workout. This is because I get pretty tired filming few sets of like 10 different moves so I keep the weight low.
