4 weeks after i have restarted my challenge things are going well on strenght progress, but not moving at all on fat loss field…
So far I like Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 program and how everything is layed out and easy to follow.
My curent PRs:
Bench: 125kg
Deadlift: 155kg
Squat: 140kg
My goals for this year:
Bench: 150+ kg
Deadlift: 200+ kg
Squat: 180+ kg
I will be posting my video logs on every 2 weeks and some workout videos as often as possible.
