How to Make Healthy Valentine’s Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries

In light of National Lover’s Day aka Valentine’s Day, I wanted to share with you a HEALTHY take on traditional Valentine’s Day Chocolate Covered Strawberries. Yes you heard me right…I am teaching you how to make healthy chocolate covered strawberries! On top of that, it’s organic, it’s raw, it’s gluten-free, and it’s kid tested-mother approved! You’re welcome, I love you, too!

Ingredients:
4 tbsp Mito-E (MitoXCell)
1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
Dash of Cinnamon
3 tbsp of pure Maple syrup
2 tbsp melted Coconut Oil

Directions:
Combine Mito-E, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup in a bowl. Quickly mix together until smooth. Then mix in the melted coconut oil. Once mixed, dip washed strawberries into the chocolate mixture. Place on a piece of parchment paper and place in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens. They can harden at room temperature, too. But keep in mind, if it’s warm, they’ll melt because of the coconut oil.

What is Mito-E (MitoXCell)? It’s a 70% raw cacao formula that has additional ingredients that help RAISE your metabolism, increase your energy, improve your endurance and performance, and helps your overall health and wellness.

So when you can’t find it in you to workout…eat up! 🙂
