Body saw planks are a great way to challenge core stability along with shoulder strength and stability. It requires a great deal of neuromuscular control to move forward and back through the shoulder joint.

To perform this exercise:
– Start in a plank position
– Push through the toes to rock forward on the shoulders
– Come back to neutral

To progress this:
– Place sliders under the feet
– Initiate forward and backward motion with the shoulder girdle
