After long time i went to park and enjoyed skipping or jump rope workout . I was 103 kg and with the help of only skipping right now i sm 91.5 kg. I lost almost 12 kg in 4-5 months without any short tricks without any fast. Right now i am doing 1800 skipping per day in which i do 18 sets of 100 ropes.
