“My biggest fear was not being able to keep up with the class or do the moves because of my lack of fitness.
But surprisingly I was able to keep up so all good!
My training in terms of my cardio vascular fitness has improved and I’m getting stronger! Surprise, surprise!
I do love all that improvement because you can see it, it’s tangible and you’re getting results!
As challenging as it is, you push though and at the end you feel fantastic because you can see that you’ve given 110% and you’ve achieved it!
