Hi guys! I hope you enjoyed this video giving you another glimpse into what I’m eating while dropping fat. It can be tough to know what to eat to lose weight but try not to over think it and enjoy yourself. Finding yummy healthy meals or recipes makes eating healthy sooo much better. Meal prepped foods have helped me stay on track so much for the days it’s 5 pm and we have no idea what’s for dinner.
