Filmed July 6, 2017. Here I am targeting the ABS. In my 20s, 30s or 40s, I never worked my ABS because they were always flat and somewhat defined. Now that I am 51, I noticed a while ago, my ABS were soft, round and mushy, so I have to work my ABS and it’s a struggle. For me, it is the hardest area to work because I am not used to the “pain” the different ab exercises bring, but it must be done. In this video, I do a variety of ab exercises that are hard for me. In fact at the end of the video, I show myself failing to complete a couple of exercises, because I was simply to weak. Even though I could not complete the exercises, meaning I could not do my usual 3 sets x 10-20 reps routine, it does not mean I failed, it serves as a measurement what I need to work on, improve and get stronger. Just because one can’t do something now, it means you practice until you can do it later.
