The no excuses fall Mobility fused strength workout.
“I don’t have time, I don’t have money, I don’t have equipment…ahhh”. Stop the excuses and start to help your mind body and spirit this fall with this workout that combines full body strength mobility and intensity for ultra convenience.
4-6 rounds:
30 Drop lunges
10-12 Eccentric drop pushups (band for more intensity)
15 beast to jump (keep butt down and far back press hands hard through floor and pause to experience some nice lat and hip mobility)
20 supinated mountain climbers (really press through shoulder blades to experience shoulder mobility and keep hips HIGH)
