Wrestler strength and conditioning session/week 12/Ocean NJ

This was week 12 of the wrestling training. July 19th 2018.
1- pre fatigue: partner carry uphill
2- dynamic upper and lower: 8 rounds of-
– zercher rack pulls with bands
– kneeling jump to hurdle hops
– viking press with bands
3- Upper endurnace-
– partner dominator 1/2 kneeling tow
– rope climb
– 20 sb shoulder raises into db slider walks
– heavy :60 KB holds
