– Pushup to block Depth
– Side-2-Side Pushups
– Jack Press Pushup

Core Strength:
– Situp w/ Block between feet or knee
– Flutter kicks
* tap toes / side to side
– Leg Extensions with block between Feet

Arms & Shoulders:
– Isometric Crush
– I, Y, T, W’s
– Dips
– Deficit Hand Stand Pushup

Agility:
– Ski Hops
– Bounding plyometric Hops
– Relay Sprints
– Illinois Agility Run
