The first exercise will really challenge your core strength! Ab exercises always look so easy but THEY ARE KILLER. Not sure I could have handled more than these 25 minutes thatβs for sure ππ₯

I actually did this workout as a circuit to make it quicker but you can do straight sets of each exercise if you prefer. .
