Get ready to tone and sculpt! 30 minute intense full-body workout using a jump rope and dumbbells. We will be giving extra love to our arms and abs.

WORKOUT DEETS-
Circuit 1-
1min jump rope rope
1 min bicep curl to overhead press
1min jump rope
1min row to front extension
REST 1 MIN

Circuit 2-
1 min jump rope
1 min bicycles
1 min jump rope
1 min plank spider-man
REST 1 min

Circuit 3-
1 min jump rope
1min bent over rows to tricep kick back
1 min jump rope
1 min plank rows

Repeat twice for 30 minute full body workout! Grab your rope and light set of weights and come jump with me!
