    दही और योगर्ट में क्या अंतर होता है??

      दही और योगर्ट taste में almost same होते है पर ये दोनों दूध के अलग अलग रूप हैं जो दूध को अलग अलग तरह से ख़मीर करके तैयार किये जाते हैं
      योगर्ट में दही के comparison  में ज्यादा प्रोटीन होता है इसलिए मैंने यहाँ योगर्ट use किया है 
      आपको अगर ज्यादा प्रोटीन नहीं चाहिए तो दही use कर सकते हो
