    This has put a smile on my face, you both explain fat loss with so much clarity it really is down to what fits each individual best…it comes at a time where I have lost 19kg and would like to loose another 5kg but I know I need to take a step back and look at what is realistic and achievable ……cool video …;-)

    Green tea helps, drink a cup after 4pm burns calories, lots of water, fruit one or two pieces. No sugar or limited to one low sugar biscuit, always read the sugar content on anything you buy.

    I love how you guys just break things down to the real answers! I have just started a weight loss journey and felt that tracking calories was the best “diet” for me. Because we hear so much about all these other options we think the tried and true, good old standby of just watching what goes in our bodies is outdated but it’s nice to hear it’s not. Love your videos and belated congrats on your bundles of love!!!
